Cienna's Abundant Harvest

Cienna's Abundant Harvest

“Wake at dawn with a winged heart and give thanks for another day of loving.” Kahlil Gibran, 1883-1931

It is an absolute joy to be on this Life journey.  Each day provides infinite possibilities. Many of those possibilities are conditional on how I choose to experience the abundance of Life.  You see, I can choose to get caught up in the news, the chatter, the gossip, the drama, or I can choose to embrace the beauty, create the story, sing songs of love, share from my heart, and live life fully and freely.  Yes! That even feels good.  And, it is through the mindfulness of practicing gratitude that Life provides great abundance for me.  An abundance of good feelings, experiences, air, Life, food, friends, happiness, well-being, and the list goes on exponentially.

Gratitude is not the result of something.  Gratitude is an attitude we cultivate.  When we choose to be in our hearts, versus our heads, and we invite others to be the same with us and around us, we begin to resonate love from every part of our being.  This love creates a sort of magical space that brings more of it into our lives.  Operating from that space, we can amplify our gratitude attitude and began finding and thus experiencing more and more things to be grateful for.  They are endless.  They are abundant.

In every single moment, in every single day, there are a multitude of things to be grateful for.  And, when we begin to focus on those things, more to be grateful for will continue to come into our lives.  It is like magic.  And, It is also a Universal Law entitled The Law of Attraction.  Which, basically says, “that which is like itself is drawn.”

Can you imagine if we all decided today, right here and right now, to begin operating from a place of love and gratitude – and – really meaning it? Wow!  Yes, there are things that happen that can be challenging, frustrating, annoying, maddening, and on and on.  These are all a part of our Life experience.  They also provide the perfect playground for making choices.  And, as I see it, the choice is always to either stay in the feelings of frustration, annoyance or anger; or, to acknowledge for a moment or a minute, the temporary inconvenience – and then to choose to find the gift! What “in this” is for my greater good?

Choose to step on over to the grateful side of Life and bask in the abundance of Life’s flow.

With love and gratitude and unlimited abundance ~

I was listening to Robert Holden today on my way back from my run. His book, Happiness, is an amazing “manual” for life. In the last 2 chapters he seems to focus on how Love and Gratitude are essential keys to happiness.

A quote that struck me was, “Is it fair that people who practice Gratitude always have something to be happy about?” I love this! Some people see me and the new business and have said with some level of sarcasm or cynicism, “Why are you so happy?” or “These Gratitude Beads are cute.” The truth is, why not be happy!?!? The beads are cute and they serve a purpose that could change the way the world thinks!

Great post Sandra, keep them coming! Love, Joy.
